Theresa Flemma, CFP®
Theresa is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) Professional and Director of Baird. Throughout her career, she has successfully helped individuals, families, and businesses navigate financial challenges while achieving their financial objectives. Regardless of your current financial needs, Theresa and her dedicated team are committed to helping you build a financial plan that specifically fits you.
Theresa received her B.S. Degree in Finance from Siena College, and her M.S. Degree in Business from SUNY IT. She is Series 7, 63 & 65 registered and licensed for Life, Health, and Long-Term Care. Her customized, client-specific, and dedicated approach to all aspects of financial planning promotes long-standing relationships.
As a Mohawk Valley native, Theresa firmly believes in giving back to her community. Outside of the office, she volunteers as the Director of Registration for the American Heart Association’s “America’s Greatest Heart Run & Walk” and is a member of the AHA Utica Advisory Board. She has also served on several boards including Stevens-Swan Humane Society and the Utica Curling Club. Her community sponsorships include MVHS Prohibition Night, AHA Executive Challenge and the Monopoly® City of Utica Game for the Abraham House.

Mary Ann Spinelli
When Mary Ann joined the firm, she brought with her extensive experience in business administration from her employment at Lockheed Martin Corporation (formerly GE Aerospace). Her professionalism and desire to provide unparalleled service to the clients she serves makes her an “asset” to her team. She has an innate ability to build positive individual relationships with our clients and staff.
Prior to the formation of The Flemma Gornick Group, Mary Ann worked and continues to work very closely with Theresa M. Flemma, CFP®. Her strong multi-tasking skills, empathy and willingness to help others, coupled with her industry knowledge give her the ability to provide the high level of customer service our clients have come to expect. Any question or concern, large or small, is welcomed and addressed promptly.
Mary Ann is Series 7 Registered and holds a BPS degree in Business & Public Management from SUNY Institute of Technology Utica/Rome.

Prior to joining The Flemma Gornick Group as an Executive Assistant, Jolene held many positions, from Receptionist to Assistant to the Operations Team. These various roles, along with her previous experience as a stenographer and personal secretary for the Oneida County Department of Social Services, give her a unique insight to working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, goals and objectives.
Her professionalism, attention to detail and welcoming demeanor make her a wonderful asset to The Flemma Gornick Group. She is adaptable by nature and someone who is open to our ever-changing industry.

When Alison joined the firm, as the Executive Assistant to Jeffrey Gornick, CFP®, she brought a high level of interpersonal and administrative skills. Her reliability, compassion and inherent customer service skills soon became apparent. Upon the blending of two individual practices into The Flemma Gornick Group her knowledge, experience and insight contributed to a smooth transition.
Alison performs a variety of highly responsible, confidential and complex administrative duties while exercising sound judgement to fulfill the needs and objectives of our clients. Her role is defined and impacted by the mutual working relationship established between The Flemma Gornick Group and their clients. She is extremely organized and can prioritize her workload to better serve your needs.

Outside of the office, Jessica participates in a volleyball league and enjoys spending time on her boat with her husband and two children.
