Patrick M. Foley

Prior to joining Baird, Pat Foley spent eight years with Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, following eight years with First Union Securities. He is a Registered Representative and holds State securities and insurance licenses. Mr. Foley is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant, earned through several years of study and rigorous testing in the fields of insurance, tax, investment, retirement, and estate planning. Mr. Foley’s work toward the CFP® certification is indicative of his commitment to ongoing education in the field of investment planning, as well as his dedication to maintaining the highest standard of service to his clients.
Mr. Foley graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Patrick is very active in his community, and currently serves as the Elected Auditor of Whitpain Township. He is a former President of the Whitpain Recreation Association, and currently serves the organization as a Board Member and coordinator of capital projects. He is also serves on the Whitpain Township Parks & Open Space Committee. Pat conceived of the music festival and bone marrow drive aspects of the annual Whitpain Community Festival, and serves on the organizing committee for the event.
Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. owns the certification marks CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and federally registered in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board's initial and ongoing certification requirement.
Prior to joining Baird in 2015 Kristin gained 10 years of experience at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC. Kristin is a valued resource for her clients and community on investing and financial planning and she has a commitment to serving female investors and professional athletes.
Over the years Kristin has presented as a keynote speaker, appeared in media segments and publications discussing the importance of investing and strategies specific for women. In 2014, she was a keynote speaker at the Valley Forge Convention and Visitors Bureau Educational Workshop, called "Improve Your Financial Outlook." Kristin has also appeared on Comcast Newsmakers Women's Expo segment, discussing how important it is for women to give back and mentor other women. Since 2011, she has spoken annually at the Womenomics Forum presented by the Friends of the Delaware County Women's Commission. Her articles on investment strategies for women have also been published in the Main Line Media Newspapers and she is a chair of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce's Women's Resource Council. Additionally she is an appointed Registered Player Financial Advisor with the NFL Players Association (NFLPA).
Kristin graduated magna cum laude from Temple University's Fox School of Business with a master's in business administration (MBA) concentrating in finance. Kristin earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware, where she rowed on the women's crew team.
Upon leaving the United States Army in 1956, Frank Campbell joined Reynolds & Co. as a registered representative. In 1969, he became the lead Partner of the Philadelphia Office of Reynolds and later, Division Vice President for seven branch offices.
In 1987, he left Dean Witter Reynolds to co-found Pennsylvania Merchant Group (“PMG”). PMG was sold in 2003 to a South African bank, and Frank’s practice was affiliated with a number of smaller firms before his move to Baird in late 2017.
Frank graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics. In his senior year, he won the G.M. Loeb Prize for the best thesis on Finance.

The Foley Hillsley Group is fortunate to have been long supported by Janet Kelly. Janet is a Registered Representative, and calls upon extensive experience in the operational side of the securities industry. She is especially skilled with corporate executive services, such as option exercises, including 10b5-1 plans, and restricted stock transactions, as well as trust & estate accounts.
In 2014 Janet was honored at Baird’s Annual Meeting as one of only two recipients of the Client Relationship Associate All Star Award. It is a firm wide recognition of her continuous commitment to providing great outcomes for Foley Hillsley Group clients.
