My objective is to help create successful outcomes for both the plan sponsor and its participants. My process-driven approach is designed to assist plan sponsors to navigate the complex regulatory environment, help reduce administrative burdens and provide protection to plan fiduciaries (those exercising any authority or control over the plan). Plan Design Consultation to review your company’s retirement plan goals and compare the plan’s provisions with similar industry trends.
Investment Oversight to provide investment due diligence, promote investment diversification, and evaluate performance. In addition, to provide updates on new investment options and product offerings that may benefit plan participants.
Participant Education to provide one-on-one participant education, financial planning, and assist the Plan Sponsor in monitoring “successful” participant retirement plan outcomes.
Fiduciary Management Assistance to provide education to the Retirement Plan Committee on fiduciary responsibilities; assist in drafting and the ongoing review of the Plan’s Investment Policy Statement; customize an Education Policy Statement based on the participants’ needs; periodically benchmark the plan with other similar company plans; and assist the Plan Sponsor in understanding ERISA § 404(c). Written Fiduciary acceptance is available for larger plan cases.
