David T. Griffith
Vice Chairman, Private Wealth Management
David is Vice Chairman of Private Wealth Management and a Financial Advisor with The Griffith Earl Savery Group at Baird. He joined M. Griffith Investment Services in 1968 and has since built a business that manages over $2.1 billion in client assets. David assists high-net-worth individuals, corporations (and their retirement plans), and non-profit organizations reach their financial goals.
David has served on various boards, including Faxton-St. Luke’s Healthcare and Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield. He is currently a trustee of his Alma Mater, Boston College, a board member of the Community Foundation, and a board member of St. Agnes Cemetery.
David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the Wallace E. Carroll School of Management at Boston College, and has been an FPA (Financial Planning Association) member since 1995. He holds his Life, Accident & Health Insurance license, and his Variable Life/Variable Annuities license. He is also a Financials & Operations, Options, and Municipal Securities Principal. He specializes in fee-based Investment Management services, and Corporate Retirement Plan services, individual retirement and estate planning, as well as Life and Long Term Care Insurance.
Managing Director, Financial Advisor
Jon is a Managing Director and Financial Advisor with The Griffith Earl Savery Group at Baird. He joined the firm in 2012 after working at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and Citigroup Smith Barney. Jon has been providing quality comprehensive planning for high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations since 2005. He brings a dynamic process and personalized advice to client relationships so the complexity of financial planning and risk management is clearly defined into manageable steps. This process-driven but client-centered approach has been instrumental for increasing the peace of mind that every client is looking for.
Jon holds a BS from Salisbury University in Maryland and is Series 7, 63, and 65 registered. Jon takes the time to educate about proper insurance planning and holds his Life, Accident & Health license to offer insurance products like Life Insurance, Long-Term Care Insurance and Annuities.
Matthew D. Savery, CFA®, CFP®
Matt is a Financial Advisor with The Griffith Earl Savery Group. He joined M. Griffith Investment Services in 2010 and served as the Chief Investment Officer until the merger with Baird. Matt provides comprehensive investment and financial planning to high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations. He helps clients to simplify the complexities of their financial lives in order to give them a greater confidence and peace of mind so they can enjoy those areas of life most important to them. Matt is a CFA® charter holder and is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional. Prior to joining M. Griffith Investment Services, Inc., Matt spent several years working at an investment firm in Rochester, NY and also served as a Wealth Advisor to ultra-high-net-worth clients for a family office in Corning, NY. He graduated from Syracuse University with a BS in Business Management with a concentration in Finance and is Series 7, 63, and 65 registered.

Felicia originally joined M. Griffith Investment Services, Inc. in May, 2008 as an Operations Assistant on the Operations Team and also worked at the Front Desk as a Receptionist for a short time, assisting with incoming calls, mail processing and assisting clients coming in for appointments. She then transitioned to service the clients of David T. Griffith, Jon Earl and Matt Savery in December, 2018.
Felicia is Series 99 registered and has had many years of experience in Operations servicing existing client accounts, establishing accounts, processing of checks, and deposits and much more. This knowledge of back office functions is used to assist clients with their accounts for service, problem solving and maintenance. Felicia attended Herkimer County Community College and has an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts.
