The DREAM Financial Planning Process ™ is the result of over 12 years of deliberate planning and it provides an unbiased view of the considerations most important to you. A highly dynamic process, it’s designed to adapt as your needs evolve through the different stages of life.

The most important thing I do for my clients is to truly listen to them in order to understand their story and what they’re going through. I care deeply about my clients and take my responsibility to them and their families very seriously. It’s my goal to help the families I work with protect their assets and make the most of their wealth.

The DREAM Financial Planning Process ™

Discovery – This could take 1-2 meetings as it’s our most important step. In these meetings we’ll get to know each other and discuss the issues most important to you. We’ll discuss your family, career, goals and risk tolerance. Most clients have several goals; I help you prioritize what’s most important.

Research – After we get to know each other I’ll begin to work on a plan to help you achieve your dreams. We’ll collect statements from your other Advisors, Accountants, and Estate Attorneys to get a comprehensive view of your financial picture. I’ll then utilize my experience and the resources of Baird to find the best solutions for you.

Educate & Evaluate – We’ll meet again and I’ll educate you on any weaknesses in your current plan. I’ll also evaluate your current standing with regards to retirement planning, insurance planning, education planning, estate planning, tax planning, and current investments.

Analyze & Asset Allocation – I’ll present my recommended asset allocation and investment plan. I’ll answer any questions from the previous steps and I’ll thoroughly explain the investment plan and begin the implementation process. The Investment Plan will be constructed to minimize risk and taxes.

Mutual Commitment & Monitoring - I’m committed to meeting with you on a regular basis to make sure your financial plan is on track. This step includes continual monitoring of the markets and the economy and we'll make changes to the Investment Plan as needed. I'll reach out to schedule an in person meeting or phone appointment four times a year. In addition, my clients have unlimited access to me in between scheduled appointments.

Ideas & Advice Service
I offer the first two steps in my Process - the Discovery Meeting and Research - as a way to get to know me and gain a feel for my approach. This service allows you to “test drive” my guidance with no pressure whatsoever to move into an ongoing engagement.
