Managing Director

After earning his BS in Finance, and serving as President of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society for Business, Ken began his career as a financial advisor in 1990. He is known for his portfolio management skills and his client-first approach, and is often called upon to coach or advise others on his unique approach. Ken is a family man first. He and his wife, Stephanie, both avid photographers, have four children. He makes time to serve in leadership positions for a number of civic and non-profit groups throughout greater Sacramento and the Gold Country, including the Diocese of Sacramento’s Planned Giving Committee and the Sacramento Chapter of Legatus. In addition, he lends his support to various community organizations including the Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital Foundation, Center for Non-Profit Leadership, Bishop Gallego’s Maternity Home, Music in the Mountains, Nevada County Food Bank, Center for the Arts, AnimalSave and Boy Scouts.

Vice President
Matt focuses his talents on retirement plan services and advising institutional clients. Building on his early experiences in sales and small business management, Matt found his niche as a financial advisor in 1993 and joined the Meyers Investment Group not long after. He has been a Mason for more than thirteen years, serving in various leadership positions in many of the Masonic organizations in the Grand Lodge of Northern California, including Scottish Rite Masons and York Rite Masons. He also lends his support to the Ben Ali Shriners of Sacramento, and Knights of Columbus.

Vice President
Rick’s focus is on advising clients about pre- and post-retirement planning and customized asset allocation investment strategies.  He joined the Meyers Investment Group in 1999, bringing with him over twenty years of small business experience.  Rick earned his bachelor’s degree from CSU Chico in Marketing and Finance.  His live market updates can be heard twice a day on KNCO-AM 830.  He serves as Board president for Gold Country Telecare, working to provide transportation to the elderly and disabled in the Grass Valley/Nevada City area, is a member of the Finance Committee of the Bear Yuba Land Trust, and enjoys coaching youth basketball.

Financial Advisor

Preston joined the Meyers Investment Group in 2011, with seven years of financial industry experience.  After graduating from the University of San Diego with an Accounting degree, he started his career as a Wealth Management Associate at Bernstein Global Wealth Management and then moved on to Capital Region Financial Group as a Financial Advisor Associate.  Preston is a member of Rotary Club International.
