Senior Investment Consultant

Mike joined Baird in 2005 after 12 years of business leadership experience with small and large organizations specializing in business acquisition, integration and development.

In addition to his business leadership experience, Mike earned both his Bachelor of Science and MBA degrees from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida, completed the Certificate Program for Financial Planning at DePaul University and obtained the Certified Wealth Strategist® designation from Cannon Financial Institute. After successfully completing the Investment Consultant Program sponsored by Robert W. Baird & Co. at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, Mike was named Senior Investment Consultant. Mike is also a veteran of the United States Air Force and worked with NASA's Space Shuttle program prior to returning to Wisconsin.

Residing in West Bend all but 8 years of his life Mike and his wife Tracey have 2 children, Tucker and Kelsey. Mike is active in his community as a Board Member of the West Bend Chamber of Commerce, past President of his Rotary Group, and holds a leadership position at his church. When not spending time with his family, Mike enjoys golf, basketball, and coaching his kids sports teams.

Kevin joined Baird in 1993 with 15 years of prior experience in the financial services industry.  In addition to leading The O’Meara Group as the senior member, Kevin is the Branch Manager for the West Bend office of Baird. After successfully completing the Investment Council Program sponsored by Robert W. Baird & Co. at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, Kevin was named Senior Investment Consultant in 2002.

Kevin earned his Bachelors degree in Finance from Marquette University.  He is active in his community as a member of The Threshold Foundation, as well as a member of the West Bend Chamber of Commerce and the Early Riser Kiwanis Club. 

His favorite leisure activities are cross country skiing, hunting, golf, and spending time with his family. A lifelong resident of West Bend, Kevin and his wife Katie have two adult children, Kyle and Peter.
