Megan Kuhn, CFP®, Financial Advisor, joined Baird in 2014, and specializes in financial and estate planning, as well as insurance and charitable giving solutions. As part of The Schlichting Group, she strives to understand the needs of individuals and their families, and provide them with personalized solutions to accomplish their financial goals. With input from Baird’s resources and other trusted financial experts, she offers meaningful guidance and customized solutions for each of her relationships. Megan earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Davenport University in July 2012. After graduation she spent two years in personal banking and loans at Community Bank & Trust. These learning experiences built a strong foundation that she has continuously built upon to best assist her clients to develop and attain their goals.
Megan resides in Plymouth, Wisconsin where she’s a member of Sheboygan Economics Club, Plymouth Professional Business Women, and Coastal Young Professionals, as well as the Treasurer for the Sheboygan County Estate Planning Council. In addition to staying active in the community, she also likes to spend time outdoors camping, fishing and hiking with her two daughters.
Tina Schlichting, Senior Vice President, has 22 years of experience in the investment industry. She joined Baird in 1997 and merged her skills into a Financial Advisor partnership. Tina brings a depth of knowledge in client portfolio management, emphasizing risk management and asset allocation. Tina is a past member of the Plymouth Professional Business Women and is currently a member of the Sheboygan Economics Club.
Lindsay Thomack, Client Specialist, joined Baird in December 2016 from Partners for Community Development where she served as a program manager. She assists in building and maintaining client relationships, with an emphasis on servicing clients. Lindsay holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Spanish from Lakeland University. She is a member of Sheboygan’s Coastal Young Professionals Network.
