Mark D Stuck
Mark joined Baird in 2010. He brings 30+ years of investment leadership experience with expertise in investment consultation, selection and management. In addition to his work on the team, Mark serves as Managing Director for the offices in Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri and South Dakota.
Mark earned his bachelor’s degree from Morningside College and his MBA from the University of South Dakota.
He and his wife Lori have 3 married sons and 9 grandchildren. He enjoys spending time on the water up north, on the golf course, riding his road bike, or spending time with family and friends. He also serves on the boards of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Siouxland, New Perspectives, Inc, The Siouxland Initiative and his church.
Gail Bivens-Rose, CFP®, CRPS®
Senior Vice President
Gail joined Baird in 2010 and brings over 20 years of investment experience, specializing in financial planning, retirement rollover strategies, and corporate retirement plans. Gail’s strength is her ability to listen to clients, understand what is important to them, and implement a financial strategy that truly meets their goals.
Gail earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Psychology from the College of St. Benedict, St. Joseph MN and holds a Certified Financial Planner™ and Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist™ Designation.
In her free time, Gail is an active volunteer with the American Heart Association, an advocate for Donate Life America and many non-profits in the Siouxland community. Gail and her husband, Dennis, have two daughters, Samantha and Paige. Gail enjoys golfing, gardening, yoga, and walks with her Golden Retriever Boomer.
Adam joined our Baird team in 2020. Adam brings eight years of experience in banking and personal finance, with expertise in financial planning, retirement rollover strategies, as well as investment consultation, selection and management. Adam is driven to help clients apply modern wealth management strategies to their unique financial situations with a world class client service experience.
Adam earned a bachelor’s degree from Liberty University in business administration-healthcare management. He also received his MBA from Western Governors University in healthcare management.
He currently lives in Sioux City with his wife Tabatha and their two daughters, Roxy and Atari. Adam enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors and traveling. He is currently the Board Chair for the American Red Cross chapter in Sioux City, a board member of the Sioux City Housing and Trust Fund, actively involved with his church, an advocate for Operation Underground Railroad and many non-profits in the Siouxland community.
Chris Holman, J.D.
PWM Financial Planner
Chris joined Baird in 2016 and provides our team with a background in both law and banking. Chris enables our team to educate and counsel our clients in areas such as estate and legacy planning, trusts, charitable giving, and risk management.
Originally from Sioux City, Chris grew up in California and is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara and the University of Southern California School of Law.
Sheenah M. Tonga
Branch Administrative Supervisor; Assistant Vice President
Sheenah joined Baird in 2014 after spending 10 years in the banking industry where she specialized in mortgage lending. She plays an integral role in the administrative responsibilities of the financial advisors, provides one of a kind client service, and is our community involvement liaison.
Sheenah received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Morningside College.
In her free time, Sheenah enjoys being with her husband, Spetlar, and their three sons, Tuff, Titan and Teague. Together they enjoy walks with their dogs, Reba and Chief, and are actively involved in their church as well as various community organizations.

Joining Baird in 2016, Jane brings over 30 years of industry experience in areas of mortgage loan servicing, secondary market reporting, business/private banking, and investment services.
Jane is a Nebraska native who loves helping on the family farm and being involved at church. Jane and her husband, Jim, have three daughters; Maggie, Beth and Anna.
