Before entering financial services, Carlos worked for a Fortune 500 company, where he led consumer and business marketing programs. In addition to holding applicable securities registrations and California insurance license number 0A81941, Carlos has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University at San Jose and is a founding member of the Society of Settlement Planners.
Carlos enjoys skiing, golfing, soccer and tennis. He has coached his sons’ soccer and lacrosse teams and is past president of their swim team. He is a past president of his homeowners’ association. Carlos lives in Granite Bay with his wife, Julie. They have two grown sons, Alex and Austin.
Steve is a professional Financial Advisor dedicated to helping his clients meet their financial goals, and specializing in helping attorneys and their clients with settlement planning and structured settlements. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business financial services from California State University at Chico, applicable securities registrations and California insurance license number 0F23825, and is a member of the Society of Settlement Planners.Steve was also part of the first graduating class to receive the Registered Settlement Planner (RSP) professional designation from Texas Tech University and the Registry of Settlement Planners, the first designation awarded to those who specialize in needs-based settlement planning.
Steve lives in Roseville with his wife, Claire, an elementary school teacher, their daughter and twin boys. In his free time, Steve enjoys playing golf, skiing, cycling and fresh and saltwater fly fishing.

Cheryl leads client services for the Alcaine Halterbeck Group. She interacts with clients daily and is dedicated to delivering results-oriented service. She started her financial services career in 1995 and has worked with Carlos since 2002.
A registered associate, Cheryl enters trades, supervises wire transfers and disbursements, handles complex account documentation and efficiently responds to client inquiries. She also supports our group's back-office operations with her extensive knowledge of the firm's technology platform.
Cheryl studied ornamental horticulture at California Polytechnic University at San Luis Obispo, then discovered how to apply her organziational skills in financial services. She lives in the north Sacramento area with her husband, Kelly.
