June began her career in the financial services industry more than 15 years ago and joined Baird in 2007. She has helped her clients through the turbulent markets of the financial crisis through the 2020 Global Pandemic, by developing comprehensive financial plans, coupled with sound investment strategies to meet their goals. June specializes in retirement planning, estate planning, and tax-managed investment strategies. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Finance from Edgewood College in Madison.
She strives to educate all of her clients to give them a sense of calm and relief during major shifts in the markets. Her passion is developing trust and confidence with her clients, as she works to establish strong relationships with experts in complementary professions. Her team frequently calls upon her clients’ tax professionals and trust attorneys to create the most cohesive plan and to ensure her team is able to give the best possible advice.
Away from the office
June spends her free time away from the office working to enhance her community and with her family. She is on the Board of Directors for Gilda’s Club of Madison, a member of the Middleton VFW Post 8216 and a former board member for the Middleton Chamber of Commerce. June and her husband, Nolan, reside in Middleton with their son Landon, and twins Dominic and Autumn. She is also an Iraqi War Veteran having served overseas from April 2003 – March 2004.
June was recently named to the Forbes magazine’s 2020 roster of “Top Next-Gen Advisors”. She was also recently named to the 2020 “Top Wealth Advisor Mom’s” list released by Working Mother magazine and SHOOK Research.

Tyler J. Schroeder
Tyler believes great outcomes start with a plan. He works with his clients to aggregate all aspects of their financial lives into a synchronous financial plan that becomes the backbone of all future decisions. Through investment, estate, tax, and insurance consultation, and an adherence to process developed in advance planning, Tyler and his clients possess the preparation and knowledge to weather any market or life event.
A Wealth of Experience
Tyler joined Baird in January of 2017 and has partnered with The Brown Schroeder Group, contributing to their more than 60 years of industry experience. Their investment philosophy focuses on a conservative, diversified approach that offers opportunities to capitalize on growth while providing a relative hedge in times of market downturn. The Brown Group believes that the best advice comes from the collaboration of multiple sources and that teamwork is the cornerstone of ensuing high-quality financial outcomes. Their core values of honesty, integrity, and cooperation are what set them apart from the rest.
Prior to joining Baird, Tyler worked in the retail sector in business management. His time in this sector is where Tyler developed his client-centric mentality. He learned the importance of delivering an exceptional product accompanied with superior customer service. He also learned that knowledge and effort are paramount, and that efficiency can be the factor that sets one apart in today’s fast paced world. Tyler currently holds his Series 7, his Series 66, and his Life & Health Insurance licensing.
Tyler attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Medical Microbiology & Immunology and Biology. He resides in Madison with his yellow lab Paxton.
Committed to the Community
Tyler is actively involved with United Way’s Middleton Day of Caring, the Middleton Chamber of Commerce, and sits as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Friends of the Arboretum. He also participates in various conservation organizations such as Ducks Unlimited and Pheasants Forever. In addition to spending time with his yellow lab, Paxton, he enjoys watching the Packers and Badgers play, traveling, hunting, fishing, and all things outdoors!

Richard M. Rieder

Rick began his career at Baird in 1996 with a background in business management. Rick supervises the daily operations management for the Team and is actively involved in every aspect of the group’s practice. His specialties include stock option finance, Rule 144 transactions, and working with clients’ accountants regarding tax issues. Rick recognizes the importance of interacting with clients’ and other professional advisors such as CPAs and attorneys, and typically coordinates the group’s efforts with those resources. Rick attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He resides in Monroe with his wife Connie and they are avid music and Packer fans.
Nicole L. Thomas
Registered Senior Client Specialist
Nicole returned to Baird in February 2013 with over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, including experience in banking and lending. She holds her FINRA Series 6, 7 & 63 and is WI State Health and Life Insurance licensed. Nicole manages all trading activity for the team and works directly with clients on daily financial needs, as well as handling operational procedures. She prides herself on building long-term relationships with clients as well as cultivating professional relationships with internal and external client support experts.
Nicole resides in Lake Mills with her husband Matt. They have four children, Corbin, Gracie, Brady & Sawyer. Nicole was born in Nebraska and is a devoted Husker fan. She enjoys spending time with her family and watching college sports.
