Leah Hoffman received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Charted Financial Consultant (ChFC®) and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®).
Leah is active within her community having served as Chairman of the Board for the Fresh Start Women’s Foundation, President of CASA, President of the Arizona Women’s Board, which is committed to the prevention of kidney disease, and has chaired the Author’s Luncheon. She is also a member of the Women’s President Organization, as Chairman of the Herberger Headliners, benefiting the Herberger Theater. Additionally, she has served on various committees for the Heart Ball supporting the Halle Heart Museum, and was appointed by Arizona Governor to serve as Commissioner for Violence Against Women. Leah has been honored as a Community Leader by Trends Magazine, and named Woman of the Year by Phoenix Little Theatre in 2005.
Pete is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional who joined Baird in 2013 from the Vanguard Group where he was a part of the business development group. He worked with retail and institutional clients in a consultative sales position, assisting clients and prospects with portfolio construction, asset consolidation, small business retirement plans, and complex retirement issues. He led the department’s Diversity Committee, and also interned with the Correspondence Compliance team. Pete is spearheading the Hoffman Group’s financial planning process, assisting with investment strategy, and driving marketing for the team.
Before moving to Arizona, he was an Academic All-American and All-Big Ten in basketball at Penn State University, and played 11 years of professional basketball in Europe. Peter graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in finance from Penn State University.
