Caralee Allsworth brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry to her clients. She specializes in guiding families, small business owners, professionals, and retirees in investment, education, retirement, and risk management planning.

For many years, Caralee taught investment classes at Scottsdale Community College and Phoenix College. She also was a faculty associate at Arizona State University and taught Principles of Personal Investing for several years. She still lectures extensively and has appeared on local and national television shows. Caralee has been active in many community organizations. She is the proud mother of two grown sons and five grandchildren: Jackson, Liam, Emerson Caralee, Zadee Grace and Henson.

Pete Lisicky, CFP®

Pete is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional who joined Baird in 2013 from the Vanguard Group where he was a part of the business development group. He worked with retail and institutional clients in a consultative sales position, assisting clients and prospects with portfolio construction, asset consolidation, small business retirement plans, and complex retirement issues. He led the department’s Diversity Committee, and also interned with the Correspondence Compliance team. Pete is spearheading the Hoffman Group’s financial planning process, assisting with investment strategy, and driving marketing for the team.

Before moving to Arizona, he was an Academic All-American and All-Big Ten in basketball at Penn State University, and played 11 years of professional basketball in Europe. Peter graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in finance from Penn State University.

Anthony Culotta

Senior Client Specialist

Anthony earned his Economics and Business Administration degrees from Illinois State University in 1994. He has since acquired several industry licenses, including the FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 63 and 66.

With 20 years of experience in financial services, Anthony understands what is expected of a strong financial partner. Throughout his career, he has leveraged his proactive approach and easy communication style to always focus on excellent service delivery. As a primary contact and Senior Client Specialist for The Hoffman Group he coordinates the day-to-day service experience for the team, acts as liaison between clients & advisors, and plays a primary role in managing the Hoffman Group’s operations.

Kristy Kostner

Client Assistant

With over 25 years of experience in business administration in the finance and accounting industry, Kristy understands what is expected of a strong financial partner. Throughout her career, she has leveraged her proactive approach and constant attention to detail to continually focus on excellent service. As the first point of contact and Client Assistant for The Hoffman Group she coordinates the day-to-day service experience for the team, acts as liaison between clients and advisors, and plays a supporting role for the Hoffman Group’s operations.
