Jon Narmi is the Founding Partner of The Narmi Group and has been working in the financial services industry since 1971. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa and a M.B.A. from Creighton University. Active in his community, Jon sits on the board of the St. Albert School Foundation and the Phoenix House Domestic Abuse Shelter. He lives in Council Bluffs with his wife Candy.
Charlie Narmi, Jon's son, co-founded The Narmi Group with his father. Beginning his career in 2001, he holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa. Charlie is involved with the St. Albert Alumni Association and KVSS Catholic Radio, and also coaches basketball at St. Albert Grade School with his wife Melissa. They live in Council Bluffs with their three daughters and son.
Theresa Rynaski graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and began her career in 1993 at Kirkpatrick Pettis, a regional financial services firm. She then moved to Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in 1998. Theresa gives back to her community by volunteering at the Assistance League of Omaha. She lives in Omaha and has one son.

Scott joined the Omaha branch in 2015 as a Client Specialist with five years of investment experience, and over fifteen years of management experience in several different fields. He has a bachelor's degree in Management from Bellevue University, and holds the FINRA Series 7, 63 and 66 licenses. Scott is active with his son's Cub Scout troop, and enjoys assistant coaching in basketball and football. He resides in Omaha, NE with his wife Keely, and their son and daughter.
