Senior Vice President
Brian began his career as a stockbroker in 1988 at Drexel Burnham Lambert. Now as a Financial Advisor, his clients include high net worth individuals, as well as institutional clients. Brian works with these clients to develop portfolios consistent with each individual’s specific goals and objectives. Always passionate about investing Brian utilizes stocks, bonds and other strategies as appropriate to help achieve these goals. Given the nature of his clientele, Brian is also well versed in the process for exercising 144 stock options and with implementing 10(b)5-1 plans for his clients.
Brian attended Mercer Island High School before heading off to the University of Washington where he graduated in 1984 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.
Brian’s hobbies include skiing, surfing and golf. A testament to Brian’s passion for golf is his tenure as the Past President of Overlake Golf and Country Club in Medina as well as his Membership in the Husky Golf Foundation, an organization created to support the golf effort at the University of Washington.
Senior Vice President
Brad has worked with a broad range of clients. He has assisted executives of public and private companies with corporate retirement plans and worked with individuals exercising stock options and/or making Rule 144 transactions. He has also worked with high net worth clients on generational planning. In addition, Brad constructs and maintains fixed income portfolios, and has over 25 years of experience working with outside separate account managers.
Brad grew up in Portland, Oregon, and graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Economics and Political Science. He received his Masters in International Affairs from the George Washington University.
Brad and his wife, Ginny, live on Mercer Island and have a daughter in elementary school. Brad is active in the community, coaching a variety of youth teams and served as past president of the Northwest Forum, an organization of Washington area businessmen with a 65-year history.

Debby joined Baird in 2014 when the firm merged with McAdams Wright Ragen.
Debby’s humble, calm and kind demeanor is delicately matched with her sincere passion to counsel her clients and her team with the most detailed and quality service. She is crucial to the success of our business, strategically and gently guiding our clients through every step they take with us. Debby’s extensive experience and immense breadth of knowledge in the business ensures the invaluable client service she continually delivers to all.
Debby attended Bellevue College and holds her FINRA series 7, 63 and 65 licenses.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially her new granddaughter, Gladys.
