Cam Ragen

Managing Director, Financial Advisor

Cam is a Managing Director and Financial Advisor for The Ragen Group. Joining Baird in 2014, he has honed his conservative value-oriented investment approach on behalf of his clients for over 25 years.

Cam started his investment career as a teenager, talking stocks around the kitchen table with his father, Brooks Ragen.  Cam graduated from Yale University in 1990 and joined Knowlton Brothers Inc., a New York City money management firm, as a Technology and Healthcare analyst. While earning an MBA at the Haas School of Business, University of California-Berkeley, Cam worked for Franklin Resources, a mutual fund company in San Mateo. He rejoined Brooks in 1994 as part of Ragen MacKenzie Inc. and helped to found McAdams Wright Ragen Inc. in 1998.

Cam served on the board of Seattle Works and as board president in 1997. He joined the board of the Woodland Park Zoo in 2002. Over the course of his nine years on the board, his roles included Treasurer, Vice Chairman, and Chairman of the Board. He has served on the boards of the McGilvra Soccer Club, Lakeside School Alumni board, Seattle Tennis Club, and Seattle United soccer club. He currently serves as Development co-chair of the Yale Tennis Association  and as board member of the YMCA of Greater Seattle where he serves on the Finance, Investment, and Development Committees. Cam lives in Madison Park with his wife Tori and three children.

Phil Banta

Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor

Phil is a Senior Vice President and Financial Advisor for The Ragen Group, joining McAdams Wright Ragen in 2011 and Baird in 2014. As a partner with The Ragen Group for over a decade, he focuses on portfolio management and advanced financial planning.

Phil earned his bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University in 2001 and started his career in the management training program at Wells Fargo. In 2011, after nine years managing branches in Washington and Oregon, he sought a more direct impact in the lives of his clients and joined The Ragen Group as a partner and Financial Advisor.

In his spare time, Phil has found other ways to invest in the Puget Sound community through extensive volunteer work. In 2016 Phil joined the Board of the Kindering Center, an organization that addresses the special needs of children up to age 3. Phil currently serves as President of Kindering’s Board of Directors. In 2018, Phil was awarded the Brooks G. Ragen Community Service Award, given every year to a Pacific Northwest Baird associate for outstanding service to the non-profit community. He was chosen in recognition of his ongoing work supporting Kindering Center and the organization of Baird’s volunteer efforts for the 2018 Special Olympics USA Games in Seattle. He also volunteers as a soccer coach for Mercer Island FC and a baseball coach for Mercer Island Little League.

Phil lives in Mercer Island, Washington with his wife, Meghan, their two children and their beloved rescue dog, Bear.

Casi Jones, CFP®, CDFA®

Financial Advisor

Casi is a Financial Advisor and a Certified Financial PlannerTM and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® practitioner with The Ragen Group. After graduating summa cum laude from Portland State University with a degree in International Studies, she joined The Ragen Group to utilize her passion for education and Financial Planning in order to help our clients achieve their goals. She oversees The Ragen Group's "Standard of Care" - the team's customized wealth management platform. Casi also provides expertise in women’s wealth management, college financial planning and generational family wealth planning.

Casi is committed to supporting the community and was previously a member of the board of Seattle Works from 2017-2021 where she served as Vice President of the board and the Finance Committee Chair.

She lives in the Judkins Park neighborhood in Seattle with her husband Chris and their chocolate labrador, Penny, and Husky-mix rescue dog, Willow. In her free time she enjoys cooking, hiking and traveling.

Vicky Labuguen, MPAS®

Assistant Vice President - PWM Team Client Service Lead

Vicky joined Baird in 2016 and brings over 20 years of financial services experience to The Ragen Group, where she serves as the Chief Operating Officer. Her role also includes: portfolio management and trading, client relationship management, Baird Online service consulting, and orchestration of the team’s philanthropy.

Vicky earned her B.S. at the University of Hawaii and completed her M.S. degree in Personal Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning. She holds the MPAS® designation (Master Planner Advanced StudiesSM) and has the FINRA Series 7, Series 63, Series 65 registration licenses and is a Notary Public.

Vicky is an active volunteer in her community and a member of the Baird Charitable Giving Committee. She volunteers with the Girl Scouts of Western Washington, is a member of the LPGA Amateur Golf association and enjoys cycling, tennis, golf, baking and attending local sporting events. She and her husband Mardi have three children and a yorkie-poo, and live in Picnic Point, Edmonds.

David Fitzpatrick, CFP®

Associate Financial Advisor

David is an Associate Financial Advisor with The Ragen Group, joining Baird in 2015. As a licensed Financial Advisor David worked with Baird clients nationwide for three years from Baird’s headquarters in Milwaukee, WI. David achieved his CFP® certification, facilitated by Northwestern University, and joined the Ragen Group in 2018.

After graduating from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2009, David worked in aerospace & defense for five years helping clients such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, SpaceX and Gulfstream modernize their aircraft with LED lighting and avionics. In 2014 he joined Direct Supply and helped to design, build and equip senior living campuses nationwide. With the Ragen Group, David is focused on Financial Planning, retirement income planning, optimizing Medicare and Social Security options, and strategies to transfer wealth to heirs. He is also the team’s life, disability, and long-term care insurance specialist.

David is involved in the Seattle community as a member of the Boeing Employee Flying Association, Highland Park Improvement Club, and is an active volunteer at his local church. He and his wife Martha reside in West Seattle and enjoy exploring the state of Washington on weekends with their daughter Riley and their Rhodesian Ridgeback, Murphy

Tanya Richmond

Senior Client Specialist - Next Generation Coordinator

Tanya joined the Ragen Group in 2018 after graduating from the University of Washington with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration concentrating in Finance. Her area of expertise includes Next Generation Education; she facilitates a series of Student Investment Workshops and New to the Workforce Workshops to instill financial literacy in the next generation. Tanya also focuses on College Financial Planning and oversees 529 College Savings Plans and qualified education distributions. In addition, Tanya aids the Ragen Group in daily operations such as trading, account maintenance and client service. She has earned her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

She also volunteers for the Distributive Education Club of America (DECA) as a judge for student presentations. Originally from the Pacific Islands of Fiji, Tanya enjoys traveling, reading, wakeboarding and training her Blue Heeler, Penguin.

Rebecca Reeves, CFP®

Financial Planner

Rebecca joined Baird in Milwaukee in 2017 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a BS in Personal Finance. She was a member of the Baird Private Wealth Management Foundations program where she obtained her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. In 2018, she moved to Seattle and joined the Ragen Group. As a Certified Financial PlannerTM and licensed insurance professional, Rebecca facilitates the Ragen Group’s Estate Plan Reviews, Tax Return Analyses and Insurance Reviews. She also focuses on client service, trading and wealth transfer operations.

Rebecca currently resides in the Westlake area of Seattle with her two guard cats, Cinnamon and Mello. She enjoys volunteering with the Austen Everett Foundation, paddle boarding, traveling and watching Broadway productions.

Alice Lombardo

Client Specialist

Alice joined the Ragen Group in May 2020, having arrived in Seattle from Scotland in 2019. In her current role as a client specialist, Alice provides support to the Financial Advisors and other Ragen Group members by executing client service tasks and daily operations. Her other responsibilities include presenting financial plans to Ragen Group clients and trading. Alice currently holds her FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

After graduating from the University of St Andrews with a degree in Medieval History and International Relations, she volunteered as an intern with the World Affairs Council of Seattle. Though born and raised on the Black Isle, Scotland, Alice is now an established Seattleite. On the weekends, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and hiking with her Texan rescue dog, Falafel.
