Managing Director, Financial Advisor
Cam is a Managing Director and Financial Advisor for The Ragen Group. Joining Baird in 2014, he has honed his conservative, value-oriented investment approach on behalf of his clients for over 25 years.
Cam started his investment career as a teenager, talking stocks around the kitchen table with his father, Ragen Group founder Brooks Ragen. He graduated from Yale University in 1990 and joined Knowlton Brothers Inc., a New York City money management firm, as a Technology and Healthcare analyst. While earning his MBA at the Haas School of Business at the University of California-Berkeley, Cam worked for Franklin Resources, a mutual fund company in San Mateo. He rejoined Brooks in 1994 as part of Ragen MacKenzie Inc. and helped to found McAdams Wright Ragen Inc. in 1998.
Cam served on the board of Seattle Works and as board president in 1997. He joined the board of the Woodland Park Zoo in 2002. Over the course of his nine years on the board, his roles included Treasurer, Vice Chairman, and Chairman of the Board. He has served on the boards of the McGilvra Soccer Club, Lakeside School Alumni board, Seattle Tennis Club, and Seattle United soccer club. He currently serves as Development co-chair of the Yale Tennis Association, and as board member of the YMCA of Greater Seattle. Cam lives in Washington Park with his wife, three children and black lab Sammy.

Vice President, Financial Advisor
Phil is a Vice President and Financial Advisor for The Ragen Group, joining Baird in 2014. He brings to The Ragen Group more than a decade of retail banking and branch management experience as well as a genuine desire to help our clients achieve their financial goals.
Phil earned his bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University and started his career in the management training program at Wells Fargo. After nine years managing branches in Washington and Oregon, he sought to make more of an impact in the lives of his clients and joined The Ragen Group as a junior partner. He provides financial planning and portfolio management for the team.
Phil currently is a board member of Kindering, an organization that specializes in treating children from birth to 3 years old with special needs. He lives in Mercer Island with his wife, Meghan, their two children and rescue dog Bear.

Casi Jones, CFP®
Casi is a Financial Advisor and a Certified Financial PlannerTM with The Ragen Group. After graduating summa cum laude from Portland State University, she joined The Ragen Group to utilize her passion for education and Financial Planning in order to help our clients achieve their goals. In her role, she oversees The Ragen Group's "Standard of Care" - the team's customized wealth management platform.
Casi is committed to supporting the community and is currently a member of the board of Seattle Works where she serves on the Finance Committee. Seattle Works connects volunteers, develops leaders, and builds community.
She lives in the Judkins Park neighborhood in Seattle with her husband Chris and their chocolate labrador, Penny. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, hiking and traveling.

Vicky Labuguen, MPAS®
Assistant Vice President - PWM Team Client Service Lead
Vicky joined Baird in 2016 and brings over 17 years of financial services experience to The Ragen Group. As Chief Operating Officer for the Ragen Group, she is responsible for team strategy and communication to ensure each client is receiving the best possible service. Her roles also includes: portfolio management and trading, client relationship management, and BairdOnline service consulting.
Vicky earned her B.S. at the University of Hawaii and completed her M.S. degree in Personal Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning. In addition to being a Notary Public, she holds the MPAS® designation (Master Planner Advanced StudiesSM) and has the FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 registration licenses.
Vicky is active in her community volunteering as a reading partner at her children’s school and with the Girl Scouts of Western Washington. She is a member of the Cascade Bicycle Club and enjoys cycling, tennis, golf, baking and attending local sporting events. She and her husband have three children and live in Snohomish, WA.
David Fitzpatrick, CFP®
Associate Financial Advisor
David is an Associate Financial Advisor with The Ragen Group, joining Baird in 2015. David brings to the Ragen Group three years experience as a licensed Financial Advisor & CFP® working with clients at Baird’s headquarters in Milwaukee, WI. David is focused on Financial Planning, optimizing Medicare and Social Security choices and facilitates Insurance and Tax Return Analysis. He specializes in providing budget and investment guidance to clients in their 20’s and 30’s.
Prior to joining Baird, David worked in aerospace & defense for five years before changing to a career in the healthcare industry designing, building, and equipping senior living campuses nationwide. David is involved in the Seattle community as a frequent Ambassador at the Museum of Flight, member of the local Financial Planning Association, and volunteers at monthly Seattle Works events. He and his wife Martha currently reside in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood, and enjoy exploring Seattle on weekends with their Rhodesian Ridgeback named Murphy.
Tanya joined the Ragen Group in 2018 after graduating from the University of Washington with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance. Tanya aids the Ragen Group in daily operations such as account maintenance, cash management, and client service. She has earned her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
She also volunteers for the Distributive Education Club of America (DECA) as a judge for student presentations. Originally from the Pacific Islands of Fiji, Tanya enjoys traveling, reading, baking and hiking with her Blue Heeler named Penguin.
A Wisconsin native, Rebecca graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 2017. After graduation, she was a member of Baird’s Private Wealth Management Foundations program which trains next generation talent in all aspects of finance. During her time in the Foundations program, Rebecca became a Registered Representative, obtaining her FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. After passing her CFP examination in November 2017, she is now an eligible CFP candidate. Rebecca joined The Ragen Group as a Client Specialist in September 2018. She focuses on: client service, cash management, operations, and college financial planning.
Rebecca currently resides in downtown Seattle. She enjoys being outdoors, boating, traveling and watching Broadway productions.
